A-Ret Gel 0.5% 0.25% 0.1%

If you're comparing A-Ret Gel strengths, there is an important correction: the commonly listed A-Ret gel strengths are 0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1% tretinoin. I could not verify an A-Ret 0.5% gel or 0.25% gel; those may be a misunderstanding of the decimal point. Strength Relative strength Usually suited for 0.025% Mildest Beginners, sensitive skin, mild acne 0.05% Moderate Acne, pigmentation/texture; after tolerating lower strength 0.1% Strongest More resistant acne; experienced tretinoin users All contain tretinoin, a topical retinoid used primarily for acne. If you're starting tretinoin: 0.025% is generally the safer starting point. Higher strength doesn't necessarily mean faster results—it can mean substantially more redness, dryness, peeling and irritation. If you meant A-Ret 0.5%, 0.25%, and 0.1% exactly as printed on your tubes, send me a photo of the three packages and I can identify the actual concentrations.
