Serotonin Syndrome Risk: Dapoxetine must not be taken alongside MAOIs, SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, or other serotonergic agents. A minimum 14-day gap is required between these medications.
Blood Pressure Medications: Combining with alpha-blockers or antihypertensives can cause postural hypotension (dizziness/fainting upon standing).
Pre-existing Conditions: Avoid use if you have severe heart disease, recent stroke or heart attack, severe liver impairment, or a history of recurrent fainting/syncope.
